Far too many false or mis-informatative rumors are floating around,
about CBD products, so here are...
ANSWERS YOU NEED
… so you can know the truth from the hype.
Here it is as clearly as we can state it for your understanding…
• Hemp-Derived CBD Oils (Hemp Extract), are extracted from the whole plant. [ Sometimes you will hear this referred to as "Full Spectrum," but some companies confuse things and use that word for their product having trace amounts of THC that they neglected to filter out, when comingling marijuana plants in their processing.]
• Hemp Oil, is normally pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant, which means it does not contain the same amount of cannabinoids found in the “whole-plant extracts.”
Hemp-Derived CBD Oil, Hemp Extract, or Medicinal Cannabis Oils, are not the same as Hemp-Oil pressed from just hemp seeds.
HERE IT IS
-UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING-
IF NOTHING ELSE
The major difference is found in an area that natural-nutritional-focused people are used to looking FOR, and finding, that being that while Hemp-Oil derived from just the seeds, and Hemp-Derived CBD Oil extracted from the whole hemp plant, are both derived from the same plant, the whole-plant version is very beneficial containing a lot of +antioxidants, +cannabinoids, plus +omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, not found in the seed-only extractions.
CBD oil drops are great for removing pain,
inflammation relief, plus
removing stress, anxiety and
insomnia / sleep disorders.
Other misinformation and lies exist, about Hemp-Derived CBD Oil or Hemp Extract, regarding random drug testing in the work place. TO BE CLEAR, this product will not cause you to fail an employment nor law-enforcement-induced drug test.
As owner of this site, and SEND MY PARCELS, INC., I am a recovering drug addict and alcoholic since 1972. I won’t sell supposedly-non-alcoholic beverages, and I refuse to sell any other hallucinogenic substance that could possibly drag my fellow-or-potential, drug-addiction associates or friends into a gateway situation, or worse. So, I have personally vetted this distribution company.
All our X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF products are 3rd party tested to ensure that no THC is present in the oil.
We only sell products that register as ZERO (0) or ND (Not Detected) by the independent test labs.
Whereas my base core business is located in Texas, most people don’t know it, but the true Hemp-Derived CBD Oil, Hemp Extract, or Medicinal Cannabis Oils have been legally produced and sold here, for years and decades.
The problem comes with recent 21st Century legislation, regarding the legalization of marijuana and THC (TetraHydroCannabinol – a hallucinogenic) products. They sound similar, but in truth have distinctly different chemical properties, much the same as the chemical arsenic, can be derived from apple seeds, but so can the cancer destroying chemicals of amygdalin and laetrile.
Arsenic can easily kill you, amygdalin and laetrile can reduce your cancer risk - all from apple seeds.
THC can become a hallucinogenic gateway drug that turns you into an addict, CBD has no hallucinogenic chemistry within, and it can help remove pain, stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Most drug tests are testing for THC-specific levels. However, cheaper drug testing may be testing a wider variety of cannabinoids, as they may not be specific enough to test for THC only.
If you have doubts, it is always good to discuss with your employer or whomever, before-hand, and explain that you are considering taking Hemp Oil or CBD oil, for your specific medicinal reasons.
We can provide the tests showing there is no THC present in X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF products – they are available with every product delivered.
You will NOT get "high" if I use X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF products Hemp oil or CBD oil. When have unscrupulous characters come into our retail store, acting as if they are going to get some cheap thrill, using our products, we politely tell them the truth. They are sadly mistaken.
Likewise, you will stumble on unscrupulous-types who will tell you that only the “good stuff,” or “correct potency stuff,” has some levels of hallucinogenic THC left in it. PROBLEM: when you start from a base of hemp, that has no THC at the start, you’d have to add it in, and they go to the trouble of taking it back out. Those who ae starting from a base of the marijuana plant, are the ones who re having to filter out THC. Hemp growers start from the better base, when developing a medicinal and useful product.
In case you missed it in the above writing, all X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF hemp products are 3rd party tested to ensure there is no THC present. THC is the “psychoactive” version, of all cannabinoids. Without the presence of THC you will not test positive on a drug test.
Again, our X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF Hemp Oil is continually 3rd-party monitored and tested to contain no levels of THC as per measurable legal limits.

Finally!!! Simple descriptions and uses.
The words get mixed so much, it is confusing for a non-chemical engineering citizen to figure out the truth.
Hemp Oil, CBD Oil, Hemp Extract, Cannabis Sativa, Industrial Hemp, and Marijuana, are just some of the variations out there, and there is no regulation about how words are used, like the FDA uses to control the food, vitamin, mineral and homeopathic supplies industries.
For your clarity, our contention is that suppliers ought to be more specific and label
the first one “Hemp-Seed Extract Oil,” and the second as, “Hemp-Plant-Derived-CBD Oil.”
Marijuana stands alone and is understood to be the hallucinogenic, THC-bearing product-results of the marijuana plant, and not derived from the hemp plant.
Industrial Hemp, Hemp Extract, and to confuse things further, other wording, like “full spectrum” get added in, to create market differentiation, but causing even more confusion.
CANNABIS SATIVA is the Latin-botanical name of the 5-leafed plant species. There are multiple strains of the Cannabis Sativa plant.
• INDUSTRIAL HEMP is one of the common strains of Cannabis Sativa plant. This is where the industry gets Hemp Oil and CBD Oil. The hemp-leaf is a slightly thinner variety.
• MARIJUANA is the other common strain of Cannabis Sativa plants, with a slightly wider leaf and thicker leaf-root. Because of the THC hallucinogens we do not use any form of the marijuana plant to produce our Hemp Oil and CBD Oil.
Repeat: Notice that these are
but both come from
genus-family of plants.
Industrial Hemp naturally produces higher levels of Cannabidiols (CBD) and low-or-no levels of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Industrial Hemp has been legalized for cultivating in the USA according to the Farm Bill Act, and is where most Hemp Oil and CBD Oil products come from. Hemp has been legal to grow in most states, some for more than 50 years, or are completely unregulated.
Marijuana plants are just the opposite producing high levels of THC , and lower levels, or no CBD. The legal status of Marijuana varies vastly from state to state.
CAN YOU SEE WHERE THE MISUNDERSTANDING COMES FROM?
For X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF products, we use the Industrial Hemp strain for all of our Hemp Oil and CBD Oil products. Again, all of our products are 3rd party tested to ensure there is no THC present.
Hemp-Seed Extract Oil, is safe for both Humans and Pets. Tests have shown that there are no CBDs nor THCs present in the SEEDS of the hemp plant. But, Hemp-Seed Oil is referred to as a Superfood, because of the high levels of Omegas which are naturally found in a 3:1 ratio, to Vitamins, and other Nutrients. Hemp Oil is also considered to be excellent for hair and skin replication growth, thanks to all of those Omegas and Vitamins!
Hemp-Derived CBD Oil, often times referred to as Hemp Extract is an oil with naturally occurring terpenes, flavonoids, cannabinoids, and other beneficial phytonutrients from the hemp plant.
X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF products are CO2 extracted, CBD Oil is free of harmful solvents and uses a gentle, low temperature, alcohol free extraction process that yields the purest form of CBD Oil available. This clean oil extraction process yields a high quality extracted CBD oil retaining a broad spectrum of terpenes, cannabinoids, and other phyto-compounds derived from the Cannabis Sativa industrial hemp plant like CBD Oil. X-Factor Nutrition and RELIEF products do not contain THC and are legal in all 50 states, safe for both Humans and Pets
A CAUTION STUDY
Marketing is an area where retail sales companies try to take liberties, in order to create "product differentiation." There are many examples out there. We're sure you know of them. Many times, all that is different between products is the spelling of the name, and in the field of chemistry it becomes very difficult to regulate, even for a government group like the FDA. The pharmaceutical industry is notorious for this.
The reason for bringing this up is, one company peddling a CBD product might claim theirs is better, because they have item-A in theirs, while others do not, and then, if you see item-B in others, beware. Scare-tactic marketing.
We've had people claim that the only legit products are those with QR codes on the labels. Most sellers of CBD oil would tell you that there is so little space on the bottles, that a QR code would make it impossible to put any information on the bottle.
Lastly, just do your due diligence, when researching, because you will find many companies that try to differentiate, based on one letter of the alphabet. They will cleverly use letters that rhyme with "D", where the pronunciation ends with the long vowel-e pronunciation. For instance, we all have CBD (D-ee). So, others you may see creep in (being somewhat silly) are CBZ, CBY, CBV, CBT, CBP, CBK, CBJ, CBI, CBG, CBE, (the root CBD ) CBC, CBB, and CBA.
Then you'll see other variations or renditions like CBD-II, CBD-Peak or non-measurable words like, CBD Gold, Silver, Platinum, Diamond, Ruby, and whatnot. The one that will really become difficult is when chemists start to peddle compounds, like CBD-Rose Hips, or CBD-Aloe, and they tout the higher value of the two together as a compound - you've seen it happen over time.
Marketing being what it is, doen't be surprised when you see these, and always look to see what the REAL definition is, to make up THAT differentiation. Is it really different and does it really matter?
