Today's advertising world is changing at ridiculous-speed, therefore, our ads for customers who keep an eye on us, like the specialty groups found on social media, are so so precious to us.  They give us answers about how well we spend our ad dollars, AND how well we perform our sales and services.

Obviously, that information is harvested and  maintained on our social media sites, here, and streaming on your favorite hand held devices.  Feedback is the name of the game, once the notice is put out there.  We WANT to hear from you, so we know we are being wise in our social media and ad choices.

Why are loyal customers so important to us at SEND MY PARCELS, Inc.?

 

Most obviously, we bought this business in 2006, with the full intent of being loyal to our customers.  When a local family owned business does that, they try to maximize their investing in the surrounding community, by keeping the customer base pleased, serving them well, adding to the customer base, and encouraging them all  to return – loyalty!

 

For our part, we always try to have the best pricing available, the best products, and offer it in a friendly, cheery environment, offering the best raining and service available.

 

Our face-to-face contact with our customers rates as the highest.  We consider that our job exists, because we are solving problems.  Problems are opportunities to serve people.  Whenever a problem arises, we try to solve it in the fastest and least expensive way possible, which is not easy at times, but we are known for our sincerity of effort, and retention of loyal customers.

 

Our store offers many varied products.  It started out as mostly a shipping and print/copy store.  Since our start in 2006, the print industry has been shrinking at a rate of 3% per year.  The shipping industry has been ravaged by the Internet, and the like.  Our business model has had to change drastically.  This has cause deep thinking about that opening word – LOYALTY!!!

 

We have lost MANY customers, NOT because we drove them away due to bad or wrong service, but because the whole industry has changed, and people no longer ship personal items, in a manner that includes us in the loop.

 

So we are changing with the times.

 

We still have all of the shipping, but it has taken on a new face, including every brand  of global shipper.

 

We still have personal mail boxes for rent – BUT we ALSO have Virtual Mail Boxes  (you never have to come into the store, and you do all of your mail through the Internet or your handheld phone/pad device.

 

We still have copying and faxing, but now include scanning, eMail and other Internet supported service.

 

We are adding a full gift shop, with all sorts of items that you won’t find on the Internet.  You must come by to see the depth of our product offerings.

 

We are wanting to add cell phone and handheld device repair by the end of 2018.

 

We are trying to add a bank of Amazon Lockers by the end of 2018.

 

We want to add a full selection of consumer batteries, by the end of 2018.
