Further Clarifications About NOTARY SERVICES of Customers & friends of SEND MY PARCELS:
While we are open, and will stay open,
The Postal Service's provision for services throughout the United States, is not affected by state and local government actions that are restricting commercial and personal activities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. REPEAT: The Postal Service is an entity of the Federal Government, and the provision of postal services to the American people is designated as an essential function under federal law during times of emergency. We will stay open as the USPS is delivering.
HOWEVER
We ask that YOU please help us to stay healthy, ready to practice measures of safe health. It makes it very difficult on us when customers come in, with sickly conditions, and we have to ask them to leave.
LIKEWISE, WE ARE NOT PERFORMING NOTARY SERVICES UNTIL THE CDC BAN and QUARENTINE ORDER IS LIFTED,
BECAUSE a Notary Service is a very personal and close-in service, lasting for anywhere between ten and sixty minutes.
One of the categories of performing Notarial Services is "Personally Known," and if the notary cannot ascertain lengthy health of the person(s) needing a notary, the notary will NOT risk his/her life, nor that of following-on customers.
The CDC lockdown, as it is, is there for a reason, and that is so that people, like notaries, do NOT spread the virus, through air and physical contact.
Please be considerate, while we endeavor to serve you the best we can.
Sincerely,
The Notary Service Team At
SEND MY PARCELS
